Tai Chi and Qi Gong For Kids and Teens

Tai Chi and Qi Gong for kids 6 and up is a 60 minute class. This 60 minute classes will focus on the art of moving meditation, breathing and movement through Tai Chi and Qi Gong or Yoga followed by participants processing their experience through an activity and/or dialogue as it relates stress management, mindfulness, relaxation and how to incorporate this into their daily lives.
